Feature:
1. This machine is belong to dry compound machine.
2. The first rolling is the single working position winding and unwinding. Magnetic powder brake gear control the winding and unwinding tension. Automatic electricity photography error correcting installment.
3. Anilox Roll is the cementing method. It is the non-axis manual Top Flange loading and unloading anilox roll. Pressing and printing roller pressure adopt the pneumatic component to control.
4. Frequency conversion controlled gelatinizing motor.
5. Manual starting seal oven. It is controlled by three stages. There is heating way inside the oven. The temperature can be adjusted. Automaticly control the temperaure
6. The roller is the main motivation in the oven.
7. The entrance of the oven has a floating roll. The floating roll controls the cementing motor in order to control the the staility of the material tension in the oven.
8. Compound large roll is the heating roll setting the heat conducting oil to heat, and the surface temperature of large roll can be adjusted.
9. Compound pressue roll is the pneumatic pressurizing that the pressure can be adjusted.
10. The overall machine converts the frequency to adjust.
11. The second winding and unwinding is in the way of the single working position. Magnetic powder driving motor control the winding an unwinding tension, with manual controlling.
12. Winding is controlled by single working position. Moment motor control the winding.
